This Machine was put
into service in June, 1957. Swinging a 35 Yd. bucket at the end of
it's 220' boom, this machine was probably considered to be a giant,
at the time it was built. |

The 7800 is located not far from the Big Muskie monument
(near McConnelsville). If you make it to the monument, it may be
worth the time to drive around and look for the 7800, the boom should
be easy to spot from the road. |
