Equipment Informarion Submission Form In an effort to catalog past and present mining equipment locations and document their histories, I've started a database to collect as mich information as possible. Please use the following form to submit information to the database. When submitting information be as accurate as possible, if you are unsure of something, leave it blank, rather than submitting info that is incorrect. there will be a great deal of duplicate information,  hopefully the overlapping submissions will complete the data as accurately as possible. Due to their numbers, I will be excluding Dozers, Haul Trucks, and Wheel Loaders from the database for the present time.
