uncovering the limestone needed to make cement. |

From the looks of things, I'd say that Medusa held a
"PRESS DAY" to show off their new toy. If I were them, I'd
be proud of this fine looking marion too. |

Unfortunately, Life in the strip mines can sometimes
be dangerous. There is always a danger to both the crews and
equipment from cave-in's, highwall collapse or a slide in. Brutus's
luck ran out recently,and he started sliding into the pit.. As if
this wasn't bad enough, apparently, the down hill shoe dug into the
dirt, and brutus flipped completely. Though slide ins have happened
before, a complete rollover is an unheard of occurence. to the best
of my knowledge, This is a first.
